This is a truck that is sure to please everyone, this truck was recently gutted, media blasted and painted. The owner Ardis M contacted Josiah, to see what he could do to finish off the restoration. Josiah, Determined after looking at the truck the best way to approach it was to go through each part on the truck one by one. The engine and transmission were pulled and rebuilt to factory new condition.
The trucks linkages, brackets or any other part or hardware was carefully cleaned blasted or painted. During the restoration process the owner opted to for Air conditioning, A vintage air system was installed in to the truck and should keep the owner nice and cool. The A/C install prompted that the factory generator or the wiring harness were not in good enough condition to keep up with the demands of the A/C system. A 80 amp Single wire alternator was used in conjunction with a American Auto Wire classic update series harness. 
The next order of business was installing the bed wood kit, the bed wood was installed into the truck and fit quite nicely. The wood bed kit was a straight forward install only requiring some trimming. The Interior and glass is the next order of business and will be tackled accordingly. The owner is opted for factory green tint glass all the way around, with chromed window surrounds and vent frames.

The window regulators are being rebuilt, it just give's the truck that new feel. Now the interior is cream white with yellow. The factory bench seat, headliner and steering wheel are in cream white. Stay tuned for updates and watch as we finish this truck.
